Return Policy

We only accept returns:

​

• Defective on an item(s) caused by packaging or production.

• Received an item you did not order.

• Received an item(s) with the incorrect size, color, diameter or length.

In order to be eligible for a return, your returned product(s) should meet the following criteria.

​

• Unworn

• Have no signs of wear or damage

• In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)

• In all original packaging 

• A receipt or invoice number in order for your return to be completed.

​

Items that do not meet these criteria or are stated as non-returnable, will be denied.

​

Please note the exceptions listed for return below: (cannot be returned)

​

• Final Sale Policy: all sale items purchased at an extra 30-50% off are final sale and cannot be returned

• Engraved  Products: All items that are engraved are not eligible for a return at any time and are final sales.

•  Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. We will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserve the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Silvex Co., Ltd has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.​

All approved returns will be credited for the next order.
