Production

 

- Price would be quoted each time order according to the current silver price. Therefore, the price is subject to change without notice.

- Minimum order of 30 pieces per design.

​

- To confirm an order, a 30% deposit should be paid before starting the production and 70% before shipment.

​

- The manufacturing process would take about 4 – 6 weeks after the order has been confirmed and a deposit has been received.

Payment

- T/T (Bank to Bank transfer)

- PayPal (5% additional charge is needed for PayPal and credit card payments). The processing fee will be calculated to the total order and send to your email (as payment link).

Delivery ​Guide

​

All orders will be delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding public and National holidays. Silvex Co., Ltd is not responsible for any delay in delivery which is totally independent from its commercial activity, or unavoidable factors (for example, bad weather, National holidays, or postal strikes). The package will be dispatched and delivered using door to door service with the courier of your choice.  Tracking number will be provided after package is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

The cost for delivery will be calculated on the destination, size and the weight of the product.

Import Duties and Customs

​

All prices are quoted as export net F.O.B Bangkok, Thailand. When ordering to a country outside of Thailand, your items may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

 

Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please note that customers are fully responsible for all Import Duties.
