Exchange & Return Policy

We only accept returns and exchanges if they are defective or factory damaged.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

In order to be eligible for a return/exchange, your returned/exchanged product(s) should meet the following criteria.

  • Unworn

  • Have no signs of wear or damage

  • In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)

  • In all original packaging (box and pouch included)

  • Require a receipt or proof of purchase in order for your return/exchange to be completed.

Items that do not meet these criteria or are stated as non-returnable, will be denied.

Please note the exceptions listed for return/exchange below: (cannot be returned or exchanged)

  • Final Sale Policy: all sale items purchased at an extra 50% off are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Engraved  Products: All items that are engraved are not eligible for a return/exchange at any time and are final sales.

  • Earring/Pierced Jewelry: In the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all customers, earrings and pierced jewelry are excluded from exchange and return, in order to prevent the spread of possible infections.

  •  Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  •  Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. We will not be able to offer you a return or an exchange.


Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. We will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserve the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Silvex Co., Ltd has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.​

All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit and communicated within 1-2 weeks of receiving the parcel.

 

Please email our team at sales@silvex.co.th for a return/exchange for non-pierced jewelry.

Note: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of Silvex Co., Ltd stores) must be returned through the company that it was purchased from.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
